Influences of Residual Stress, Surface Roughness and Peak-Load on Micro-Cracking: Sensitivity Analysis

چکیده

This paper provides further understanding of the peak load effect on micro-crack formation and residual stress relaxation. Comprehensive numerical simulations using finite element method are applied to simultaneously take into account surface roughness stresses crack in sandblasted S690 high-strength steel under conditions. A ductile fracture criterion is introduced for prediction damage initiation evolution. study specifically investigates influences compressive load, effective parameters locus, roughness, mechanism formed size. The results indicate that conditions, has a far more important influence than stress. Moreover, it shown range size significantly higher It found develops exponentially with increasing magnitudes.
